Return and Refund

Return
Our return and exchange policy gives you the opportunity to return or exchange items purchased on massofashion under the following conditions:
1. Exchanges are initiated within 14 days of delivery
2. The goods have not been worn, washed or altered in any way.
3. It is returned in its original packaging.
4. It still has the original tags.
If any of the above conditions are not met, your return may be refused.
If the conditions are met, you will be reimbursed.
Please inform us by email at infomassofashion@gmail.com of your wish to make a return. Please include your order number and a brief description of what you would like to return or exchange.
Please do not return items to us until you have informed us of your intention to do so. We will not be responsible for items lost when they are returned.

Refund
For PayPal payments, please allow one to two business days for the payment to be reflected in your account.
We will not reimburse you for return shipping charges or any other costs you incur in returning the goods to us.
